Startup activity and new business creation has languished in America. What are the policies and initiatives needed to promote more entrepreneurship? Is progress being made in 2017 to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem?  From capital access to excessive licensing, regulatory barriers, health coverage costs, taxes, broadband access, IP and more, the forum will host a great lineup of speakers and experts to discuss the issues and how we can strengthen entrepreneurship across America.
