Stakeholder Letter Urging Swift Action on Practitioner Reportng of Home Address for Medicare Enrollment and Billing
SBE Council joined a letter signed by 110 organizations requesting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) take action on preserving the benefits of telehealth by ensuring telehealth practitioners working from a home-based (or other) location do not need to report that private residence to the federal government for purposes of either enrollment or billing.
